Welcome to LumaDeck. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LumaDeck platform, web app, and native applications operated by CJ Development ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use LumaDeck. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support [at] lumadeck.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Free tier includes the full visual engine, all 6 visual moods, 76 scenes, and a small watermark on the output. No ads. The Pro subscription removes the watermark and adds the pro tools (FX, extra pads, cloud sync, more video slots).
Pro removes the watermark, unlocks all moods, advanced FX, and cloud sync. Pricing is in EUR and includes applicable VAT.
Loop packs, FX packs, extra pads, and "God Mode" are buy-once, keep-forever digital goods tied to your account.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep Pro access until then.
You may use LumaDeck for any lawful audiovisual performance, personal or commercial. You may not:
You retain all rights to media you upload (loops, videos, images). You grant LumaDeck a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership and we do not use your content to train any model.
LumaDeck, the LumaDeck logo, the WebGL engine, the SkSL shaders, the loop packs, and all premium assets are © 2026 CJ Development. All rights reserved. The Service is licensed to you, not sold.
Payments are handled by Stripe; auth and storage by Supabase; hosting on OVH self-hosted infrastructure operated by CJ Development. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, force majeure, or events beyond our control.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing support.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
